NOMASPAPEL.ES, the general terms and conditions for contracting the products and/or services offered through it and which generate the rights and obligations of the parties are detailed below.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter ‘Terms and Conditions’) is to regulate the relationship between LUIS GONZÁLEZ LEÓN (hereinafter the “Provider”) and customers (hereinafter the ‘User’) in relation to all matters concerning the provision of products and/or services offered through this website WWW. 2.2.- The User
A user or customer shall be understood to be an internet user who acquires this status by registering on the website using a form and who is assigned a username and password, for which they are fully responsible for their use and safekeeping, and who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider, as we shall see in the User Registration section.

3. Acceptance
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares: 1. That they are a person with the capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with current legislation.
2. That they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The User shall have access to the terms and conditions at all times and in all cases prior to the start of the product contracting process, and may store and/or reproduce them on a durable medium.

5. Validity or Duration
The period of validity or duration of these Terms and Conditions and specific contracting conditions shall be the time that they remain published on the aforementioned website and shall apply from the moment the User makes use of the website and/or proceeds to contract any products.

6.- Modifications
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions that were acquired by the User prior to the modification. The User undertakes to read the terms and conditions carefully each time they purchase a product, as these may have been modified since the last time they accessed them.

7. Nullity
If any clause included in these Terms and Conditions is declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, the nullity shall only affect that provision or the part of it that is null and void or ineffective, with the rest of the Terms and Conditions remaining in force.

8.- Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the provider and the user at the moment the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below. The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed on the website, of one or more specific products.
Each of these products may be subject to specific regulations through the particular conditions of contract for each of them, which will be explained in in the section on warranty, returns, withdrawal, or in the product's technical data sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging, or their very nature.

9.- User Registration
Users can register on the website by clicking on the “I'm interested” button. To do so, they must enter the required personal data, which is mandatory: first and last names, tax ID number, company name, address, telephone number, and email address.

10.- Geographic scope
This website operates and sells only in Spanish territory, except Ceuta, Melilla, the Basque Country, and Navarre. Hereinafter, this geographical scope will be understood as “the Territory.” Therefore, it only ships and distributes products within the Territory. The use of this website, as well as any purchase made on it, is considered to have been made in Spain and is therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the aforementioned Territory. All of the above is indicated without prejudice to the possibility that we may soon offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case it will be announced in advance on this website.

12. Taxes, currency, and shipping costs
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), although the price shown on the website does not include this tax. In the case of the Canary Islands, 6.5% will be charged as Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC). The services offered do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases will be expressed in euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping costs or any other additional services related to the product purchased.

13.- Language in which the contract is drawn up
The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information are in Spanish, and this language will be used to carry out the contracting process.

14-Steps in the Contracting/Purchasing Process

14.1.- Registration
To begin the product contracting process at www.nomaspapel.es, you must first register as a user by clicking on the button labeled “I'm interested” and filling in the required information requested on the page that will appear next. The registration system does not have a user verification system in the registration process. Therefore, before the user is activated in the system, a welcome message is sent to their email address. Once successfully registered, the user can log in with their username and password to the control panel of their profile to manage all
the functions that the website provider has made available to them, such as viewing their personal data, invoices, documentation, digital certificate, payslips, or income tax returns.

14.2.- Purchase process
The purchase process is easy and straightforward.

17.- How to extend or cancel my order
An order in progress cannot be extended.
The customer will pay for the service and then formalize the contract for it. The user may withdraw if they decide not to sign the contract, after which the amount paid will be refunded. Once the contract has been signed, the provider will not accept any refunds.

19.- Value Added Tax

20.- Payment methods or modalities
In general, the User may choose the form of payment:
A) By credit/debit card, for which they will provide, among other things:
(i) first and last name;
(ii) card number;
(iii) CVV/CVC;
(iv) card expiration date;
Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address), a selection will appear for you to choose your preferred payment method and enter your details. If the payment platform reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed of the cancellation online and in real time, as mentioned above. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside of Spain.

B) By bank transfer
You must make the transfer to the account that will be indicated to you in due course.

C) By PayPal
You can pay for your purchase through PayPal. When choosing PayPal as your payment method, the billing address indicated above will be ignored, and the address registered in your Iupay account will be used for billing purposes. CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Your card details will not be stored in our database, as when you enter them, they will be on the secure website of your chosen bank.

21.- General provisions on the Payment Process
• The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.
• For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the financial institutions involved or by secure payment platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
• Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive an email with the details of the purchase made.

22.- Returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, or exercising the right of withdrawal
The customer will pay for the service and then formalize the contract for it. The user may withdraw if they decide not to sign the contract, after which the amount paid will be refunded. Once the contract has been signed, the provider will not accept returns.

23.- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of: Products that may be altered in nature.

25.- Product warranty
As this is a service, the provisions of the contract signed by the provider and the user apply.

26.- Rights of the provider
To maintain, modify, or suspend its website without prior notice.
To modify the price of offers.
To reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
To deny access to IT tools to customers in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.
To collect the amount of the customer's purchases, once the transaction has been accepted.
Reserve the domain and retain full ownership of the item until full payment has been made by the customer.
Not reproduce, transfer, or dispose of the information published by the Provider in all its content without the express permission of the company itself.
Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.
Withdrawal

27. Limitation of liability
All information provided by the User to the Provider through the corresponding forms must be accurate. It is the User's responsibility to keep the data provided to the Provider duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages caused as a result of providing false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information. Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy, and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms. The Provider shall not be liable in cases where it is the responsibility of the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of underage or incapacitated Users to authorize access, the provision of personal information, or the use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It shall be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians, or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of minors or incapacitated persons in relation to the contracting of products and services provided through WWW.NOMASPAPEL.ES.

User access to the Content does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have a harmful effect on the User's computer equipment. In any case, it is the User's responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during access to the Content.

The Provider shall not be liable for any interruptions in electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services offered.

28.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established herein. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these terms and conditions to the courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence. In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of THE WEBSITE OWNER.
